Role Assignment and Scrum Framework: We utilized Scrum to efficiently manage our Spotify Wrapped-like project. Roles were clearly defined, with a Scrum Master to facilitate processes, a Product Owner to oversee product vision, and team members tasked with development and documentation.

Sprint Organization and Tools: We organized our work into two-week sprints. For managing tasks and ensuring transparency, we used Trello. This helped us keep all team members aligned and informed about the project status and deadlines.

Daily and Weekly Routines: Each sprint kicked off with a planning session to prioritize tasks, followed by daily stand-ups. These daily meetings helped us monitor progress, address obstacles, and stay agile in our development approach. We concluded each sprint with reviews and retrospectives, allowing us to demonstrate our progress and refine our processes continuously.

Tech Stack and Design:Our project utilized a comprehensive tech stack to enhance functionality and user experience. Firebase handled backend tasks such as secure data storage and real-time updates. Development was supported by Java for server-side operations and Kotlin for modern, efficient coding. GPT models were integrated to facilitate intelligent user interactions. For design, we employed Figma, which helped in creating intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces. This combination of technologies streamlined our development process and improved product quality.
